Shipping

Once your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email with your tracking details, including a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. 

Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update and become active. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us through our contact form

Please note that delivery times may vary for pre-orders and on-demand items.



If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at [email protected] to update your address. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to contact the courier directly for assistance.

Regular Items: Orders, excluding pre-orders and on-demand items, are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days. Delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues. 

On-Demand Items: Orders with print-on-demand (POD) items, managed by our partners Yoycol and Printful, usually ship faster but may occasionally take up to 30 days. Please refer to Yoycol and Printful’s shipping policies for further details.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Only orders within the United States meeting the required subtotal threshold are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping rates, both domestic and international, are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

At Free the Sheep, we offer store credit only for returns - no cash refunds are available. 

Return and Exchange: We do provide exchanges if you need a different size or color. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-eligible Returns: Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, print-on-demand (POD) products, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Eligible Returns: Items must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Products cannot have smells, stains, damage, or signs of wear, or your return may be denied. We require photo proof before approving any return.

Free Shipping: If your original order had free shipping, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. You'll receive a Return/Exchange Shipping Invoice email with the shipping price. After payment, we'll send a shipping slip via email for your return or exchange. You will also have the option to use a self-service return or exchange portal once it is added to the site and available for use.

International Orders: Please note that all international orders (outside the U.S.) are final sale with no returns, exchanges, or store credit available. If your situation requires special consideration, please contact us, and we'll do our best to find a solution.

You may request changes to item color or size before shipment by contacting us at [email protected]. Changes cannot be accommodated after shipment. 

Pre-Order Items: You can cancel pre-orders within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, pre-orders are final and only eligible for store credit or exchange. 

To initiate a return, please provide us with a photo of the item showing the tags still attached and the product unworn. This helps us assess the condition of the product and ensure a smooth return process for you. Once we receive the photos, we will send you a return label. 

Please use a secure shipping box or reuse our shipping bag if it is still in good condition. Ensure the order number and reason for the return are included with the package. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it and proceed with a refund or an exchange based on your preference.

Inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product issue. We’ll assist you promptly.

If your product arrives defective, such as an issue with the zipper or any other flaw, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will promptly send you a replacement, provided a comparable item is available. 

Please return the defective item using the return label we email to you. We ask that you ensure the tags are still attached and the product is new condition - unworn, unwashed, odor-free, stain-free, damage-free, and with original tags and packaging for a smooth return process.

If your original order had free shipping, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. You'll receive a Return/Exchange Shipping Invoice email with the shipping price. After payment, we'll send a shipping slip via email for your return or exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is in new condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging). Items cannot smell, have stains, be damaged, or show signs of wear—otherwise, the return may be denied.

Item Unavailable: If your desired exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead. 

Free Shipping Returns: Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges if the original order qualified for free shipping to avoid double and triple shipping charges.

International Orders: Please note that all international orders (outside the U.S.) are final sale with no returns, exchanges, or store credit available. If your situation requires special consideration, please contact us, and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Approved refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process to your original payment method. Additional processing time may occur depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pre Orders

Pre-order items will be marked on product pages with estimated shipping dates. 

Customers can cancel pre-orders within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, pre-orders are final and only eligible for store credit or exchange. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately.

    ⚠️ Size up for a good fit! Some of our recent hoodies were made a little more snug, so sizing up 1 size should give you the perfect fit!
